About Us

Hi! I'm Lauren, the face behind Loft Textiles. All of our products are designed and handmade by me in my tiny home studio in sunny Cairns.

I've always had a creative streak but had never found the right outlet until I started quilting around 7 years ago. It was love at first quilt! Most of my quilts have been baby quilts gifted to friends, and nothing brings me more joy than seeing them being used and loved to death. 

Quilting has allowed me to explore my creative side, and over the years I've developed a love for big, bold patterns and bright colours. I use all natural fibers and quality materials so that your quilt will last for years. My hope is that my quilts can bring some joy and colour into your home, and that you love them as much as I do.
